Massage has been in my life since I was a child. I knew way back then that it was my passion.  Even though I went to school to be a massage therapist directly after high school, I wasn't ready to give of myself. And my offerings would not have been full, due to lack of life experience. 

 

I had a lot of living, traveling and self exploration to soak up before I was able to pour my heart into this profession.  A long road of experiences placed me on a beautiful island where I met my future husband. 

 

After having our first child (living in San Diego), I realized that a job should not be just a job.  In order to leave my son at home , I needed to be involved in something that was meaningful and rewarding far beyond what a paycheck had to offer.  

 

My husband was in full support and lead the idea for me to dive back into my dream of helping others.  Since so much time had passed, I went back to school for further knowledge and to improve my skill set as a massage therapist.   After relocating once again this time in Portland, I was licensed and began work immediately in a friendly spa environment. 

 

After learning we were going to have another child, we knew that It was time for my dream to expand.  We decided to pour our hearts and souls into a lengthy renovation that would create a space so infused with comfort and design that everyone would feel the love just by walking inside.  

 

I love being a mom and needed to be able to spend as much time with my family as possible, while also doing the work that I love at my full capacity.  So we brought it home to create Palm Life.  A place where we all give and we all get. We are so happy to share this space with you and for being a part of what reminds us all that home is where the heart truly lives.
